Apparently someone in the brigade has very high powered connections. Newstead was treated to an absolutely beautiful spring day for our annual CFA Open Day. We would like to sincerely thank all those members of the public who ventured down to join us at our open day yesterday. A fun and informative day was had by all. With 3 new potential recruits to the firefighting ranks and one lady joining the auxiliary ranks it was a successful day for all concerned.
